This free event is the perfect way to get ready for the New Orleans Pride Parade which rolls through the French Quarter beginning at 7:30 p.m. Saturday is a big day for New Orleans Pride, with PrideFest from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm at 941 Elysian Fields, featuring vendor booths and four hours of local and national entertainers and bands. Louisiana Leather 2017 will be co-hosting the celebration. Costumes or leather are encouraged, and Mr. Dress to impress, in whatever way makes you most comfortable. A number of nationally known DJs and entertainers will be partying alongside you, including DJ Honey Dijon (New York), DJ Vicki Powell (Atlanta), and DJ Mark O’Brien (San Francisco). The big event of Friday night is hosted by Fired Up! in association with SCRUFF.
